Theresa Peterson

Real Estate Sales Agent : +1(307) 438-9388 : theresa@householderproperties.com

Theresa brings a unique perspective to her real estate career, marrying a rich background in healthcare and a lifelong connection to the land. Influenced by her medical background of 17 years as a critical care nurse, her real estate approach embraces a combination of precision, compassion, and urgency.

In 2015, Theresa and her husband Jacob, a Lander native, made the decision to settle in Lander. Together, they diligently restored a century-old log cabin and are in the process of building a new house, providing Theresa with hands-on experience and valuable insights into property restoration.

Given her deep love for the outdoors, Lander proves to be an ideal match for Theresa. Favorite pastimes include hunting (particularly elk), hiking, cross-country skiing, biking, and camping. Theresa actively involves herself in supporting local cattle ranchers during crucial seasons like gathering, branding, and calving, fostering a strong connection with the community and the natural landscape she holds dear.

Horses have been a lifelong passion for Theresa, leading her to professional work in polo, ranching, and operating a boarding and training business. This hands-on experience, as well as her cattle experience has given her a unique and valuable perspective on ranch properties.

Theresa acquired her real estate license in May of 2023, and is excited to join Household Properties as a listing agent.

Rob Newsom

Real Estate Sales Agent : +1(307)-212-1745 : rob@householderproperties.com

Rob discovered Lander in 2017 while bicycle touring across the United States. Something about the town was so captivating that, after he returned home, he and his family loaded up a U-Haul and headed back to start the next chapter of their adventure in Wyoming. Now he happily lives where others come to vacation.

Prior to relocating, Rob worked in the oil and gas industry as an engineer. With degrees in mechanical and civil engineering, he hopes to bring his attention to detail and strong analytical skills to the assistance of his clients.

Rob’s move into the field of real estate began through investing. He acquired his first rental property in 2011 and his passion for real estate has only grown since then. He’s been a renter, homeowner, landlord, property manager, “fixer-upper,” and Airbnb host along the way. He loves analyzing deals and learning new strategies to help clients.

As a native rural Floridian, Rob has always loved the outdoors; when he’s not submitting offers or showing homes, he’s playing in his backyard (ie: the Wind River mountains). His adventures lately have been tamer than usual as he and his wife work to foster a love of the outdoors in their young daughter.
